Featherwind Technology

Featherwind Technology is the Federation's engineering division and its internal systems steward. Externally it serves households and small businesses that have been quoted too much, told too little, or left with hardware nobody will explain to them.

The hardware practice covers custom PC design and builds, diagnostics, component upgrades, data recovery and general repair. The web practice covers modern responsive site builds, hosting and domain advisory, and ongoing maintenance — including turnkey launches for clients starting a business who need registration, a name, and a working site at the same time. The consulting practice covers connectivity, network infrastructure planning, device fleets and security posture for very small organizations.

The division also runs the Federation's AI lane: practical assistance with AI tools, AI-assisted document review, and plain-English translation of technical or institutional paperwork. Every engagement is quoted before work begins and explained in language the client can repeat to someone else.
